We all know that smoking can cause serious repercussions towards our health when done extremely. Smoking can be able to kill you in 20 different ways and 50 ways to make your life miserable.

In England alone more than 364,000 patients are admitted to hospitals due to illness caused by smoking. Also, 20, 000 people consulted about stroke related to smoking from the 480, 000 people who have consulted about heart problems due to smoking. As you see, smoking does not only damage your lungs but a whole lot of other body parts as well.

If you value your life, maybe it’s time to think about quitting smoking. It’s really hard to quit smoking especially if it has become a fixture in one’s life. The risk involved is great when a person smokes continuously. The question for you to ask yourself is when would be the right time to quit smoking?

Would you just continue to smoke until your body has taken its physical limit from the toxic you have been putting your body? Will you wait till you are finally spitting blood after all these years of smoking? Or will you wait till you have finally developed an incurable disease such as stroke or heart disease?

There will be various reasons to believe or might happen to cause a person to stop smoking.  Some people will sometimes stop smoking when they get a divine sign.

The divine sign will make them feel that they need to change their ways to prolong their life because they have some things need to finish. It’s kind of like the “Final Destination” thing here.

Another reason people might decide to quit is just because for their love of other people. They might see how bad smoking has been affecting the lives of their loved ones. It might even influence the younger people he knows to smoke.

According to statistics, half of teenagers who smoke will die when they continue smoking. A quarter will die before they reach 70 and the other quarter dies after 70. So it’s best not to influence kids that there is no problem with smoking at all.

In the long run, it is only you who can decide what’s best for your own future. Another person convincing you to stop smoking or reading this article will. It is in human nature that only he or she decides on his or her own free will what to do.
