In this form, herbs are ground into powder and are then placed in capsules or made into pills. When herbal medicine is taken in this form, it’s usually for a general purpose and not to cure a specific illness.

Herbal Medicine Taken in the Form of Tinctures – The next best thing to herbal medicines taken raw would be taking herbal medicine in the form of tinctures. The taste may still be unpleasant but surely, it’s better than taking it raw?
