There are lots of diseases that cause hemorrhoids. One disease that can seriously cause hemorrhoids is rectal cancer. This is because rectal cancer will make the person have "false" calls of nature.
Here is a list of some things that may lead to hemorrhoids in your near future. This list will help you try to learn more about the causes and how to be able to avoid them. Pregnancy: Being pregnant causes a woman to increase chances of having hemorrhoids. This is because the rectal veins will be pressured more because of the added weight in the uterus. For women who are already experiencing hemorrhoids, pregnancy can worsen the situation. Women who are pregnant who do not experience hemorrhoids during pregnancy may still get hemorrhoids during the labor period. This is due to the long and arduous delivery. Another reason is the constipation that a woman experiences after childbirth. Because of the tenderness in the anus and perianal area, women will prolong the bowel movements. Straining during bowel movement: A person who has regular problems with his or her bowel movements is the most often cause of hemorrhoids. This is because the pressure on the veins of the rectum will cause it to swell. When you experience diarrhea or constipation you may be staying a very long time in the toilet bowl straining your anal veins. If you are experiencing constipation there are some ways to make your stool softer. If you have diarrhea, immediately take medications to sooth the situation. You should also avoid having bad bowel habits. These habits are those that make you stay for a very long period of time in the toilet bowl. Try to avoid reading a whole chapter of a novel or a whole article on a magazine. If possible keep your time short and simple. Try to also be very clean after you take a crap. Infections might occur when you don’t clean up well. Plus your butt will literally stink. There are toilets that have bidets installed, try to have one. Postponing Bowel Movements: There are some people whoa re afraid to crap at other places because the toilet might be dirty. Another reason is that there is just no toilet nearby. So people will just try to force the crap back inside for a couple more hours. They will only take crap after their next meal. Doing this occasionally can do no harm, however if it becomes habitual it might lead to hemorrhoids. When the crap stays longer in the fecal colon, it becomes harder and drier. This makes it tougher to pass. You will then need to force its way out. The rectal muscles that signal a person its time to crap may also become weaker. Just imagine the situation that you suddenly crap your pants because you didn’t feel anything. Genetics: Genetics is only a small factor in having hemorrhoids. So you can not really put much blame on your ancestors for having a painful ass. You can still however blame them for having not great looks. Genetics can only make a person inherit characteristics such as weak veins. It will be the additional factors that may lead to hemorrhoids. Factors such as a job that requires a lot standing or sitting or bad bathroom habits lead to a person having hemorrhoids. We can not blame bad genes for causing us hemorrhoids. We can only blame the bad behavior that we have gained from our parents that lead to hemorrhoids. Instead of blaming genes, try to change the beliefs and habits you have learned, while it is still pretty early. Diseases: There are lots of diseases that cause hemorrhoids. One disease that can seriously cause hemorrhoids is rectal cancer. This is because rectal cancer will make the person have “false” calls of nature. It will then cause the person to go the bathroom regularly and will strain longer. People who abuse alcohol will make their livers larger. This will then create extra pressure on the rectal veins. Other diseases that may also cause hemorrhoids are irritable bowel syndrome and intestinal tumor. These diseases cause constipation or interfere with normal elimination. |
